When to Use and When Not to Use Essay Samples
When to Use and When Not to Use Essay SamplesStudents are often tempted to use inappropriate essay samples as a basis for their own work. In a time when writing assignments are given for our grades, it is important that students use such examples with caution. The first step in determining whether a writing assignment is suitable or not is to have the right sample. Essay samples should not be taken out of context and used in a way that conflicts with the topic of the assignment. We all know how easy it is to get caught up in writing assignments which are related to our other subjects, especially if we are assigned to write about one of our homeschool subjects. Many times when essay samples are used, they will be the same as those given in a similar course. When this is the case, students will make the mistake of copying the style. The problem with this is that the writing style can easily become too formal, just like an English professor would use in class.More importantly, using essay samples that are taken out of context is a mistake. Not only is it inappropriate but it could also cause plagiarism. If someone copies your work out of context, then he or she will probably have to pay you a fine. When using essay samples, it is important to always keep the correct spelling and punctuation. Students are not expected to have perfect grammar or spellings and this could have a negative impact on the assignment. Remember, it is not necessary to achieve perfection, but it is important to at least be consistent. There are also essay samples that are specifically for home school students. While they may not be intended for this particular application, they are still valuable to consider when considering how to write the assignment. It is possible to find essays with examples that are completely unrelated to any topic or course. They are however, usually written to give a sense of how the subject might be written if it were being written in a more similar to an essay for a co urse on the same topic. This is especially helpful for students who may be feeling more comfortable writing on topics that are very different from that of their current coursework. It can also provide some help with their reasoning skills.Whatever essay samples are used, it is important that students do not copy the style. The best idea is to find a few samples that will give them an idea of what the style should be before proceeding with their assignment.

Video - What Happens to My 529 Plan Money If My Child Gets a Scholarship
Parents are sometimes hesitant to open a 529 account for their child because they are afraid of incurring penalties on any unused funds. For example, what if the child chooses to attend a U.S. Military academy in lieu of college or gets a scholarship to cover tuition costs? While these are valid concerns, you can still benefit from a 529 plan even if you donï ¿ ½t end up needing the money for what you originally intended. When Your Child Wants to Attend a U.S. Military Academy As Joe Hurley, Founder of Savingforcollege.com and trusted 529 Guru points out in the video below, there are no tax consequences associated with changing the beneficiary of a 529 plan. Thatï ¿ ½s why in most cases one of the easiest things to do when there are leftover funds is to change the beneficiary to a younger sibling or other relative who is planning to attend college. Another idea is to save the funds in case the first child wants to go to graduate school. But if you have no other options and must spend the remaining balance on non-qualified withdrawals you will incur a 10 percent penalty tax, but only on the earnings portion of the account. The principal portion, which is made up of the money you put in, will never be taxed since your contributions were made with after-tax dollars. However, there are exceptions to this rule in the event the student dies or becomes disabled, decides to attend a U.S. military academy or gets a scholarship. In these cases, the penalty is waived but you will still incur income taxes on your earnings. What Are the Tax Penalties on Unused 529 Funds? We Are Slaves by Another Name
We Are Slaves by Another NameBy some quirk of history and of language, slavery is called something else in our country - 'servitude.' But what is a servitude? And how can we get a brief overview of the same so that one can get an idea about the same?According to Wikipedia, 'The word servitude comes from Latin 'servitus', which means 'servant'. Servitude is a form of slavery in which the slave was sold to another party with no choice but to accept the position. Historically, the meaning of servitude came to be a negative connotation as it meant those who were subjected to servitude, but this was later changed to civil servitude or legal slavery.' Another Wikipedia entry describes slavery in this way: 'Servitude, where people are forced to work for someone else without being given any option to leave and/or prevent their own enslavement.'We're told by many sources that this thing called slavery, which is a form of involuntary servitude which other countries have allowed and which the w hole world views as slavery is a form of illegal activity. Yet we cannot be absolutely sure that we've been keeping up with what's been going on in all the other countries around the world. After all, we still call America's own slavery the 'American System' which we think is a relatively benign thing to do.The word slavery, when it is used in the English language, tends to describe a complete system. Indeed, some of its more cruel practices have come to be known as 'slavery-like.' When we speak of forced labor or slavery in the modern world, we refer not only to the old European-style forms of slavery, but also to modern day forms like bonded labor in India, forced child labor in China, and so on.At times, we may use other terms for slavery. For example, what about slavery in a city or state? In most situations, we tend to think of slavery as something that happens at a national level. So, for example, slavery in some areas of the United States would not be considered slavery.Howev er, as I said before, I do not speak of slavery in America. I am referring to the European-style form of slavery prevalent in several of the European countries that were colonies of the United States of America when it was still a nation. Slavery in the European Union countries, like Canada and most of the European countries that are members of the European Union, is definitely different from the kind of slavery practiced in the United States of America. It is also different from what exists in countries that are not members of the European Union, such as Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. We are learning all the time about all the different kinds of slavery, and we are always trying to learn more about the whole new set of human slavery practices. In this case, a slavery by another name summary research paper is probably in order. As one might expect, slavery is everywhere, and it seems to be alive and well in all of the countries that have adopted the European system of slavery, wh erever in the world you may find them. Why should we look at this in terms of slavery by another name? If you'll remember, slavery in the European Union is called slavery because of the difference in how it is defined in each of the countries. We do indeed need to look at what it means to be a slave, and we do need to know that it is very different from slavery in the United States of America, whether in the continental U.S. or in the entire country.
