On Tuesday the 3rd of May we as a fellowship got to make our epicurean eat that we had chosen our self. This was the first epoch that we had a chose on what we needed to cook. There was many aromas in the air during the prac, people were cooking different thing and battle themself the dishes ranched from French bread to pancakes to thing that you wouldnt believe a year 10 could make. The purpose of this prac was to see how we could work on our own without the help of the teacher and if we could produce an excellent bon vivant breakfast. The dish that i had chosen to make for the gourmet breakfast prac was Loukou dos ( classics doughnuts) with nutella and icing sugar. Loukoumades are abstracted circle which and mad from rudimentary anyy milk and flour, they are soft yet crunchy with a pubescent centre to it. In the processes of finding my dish we were asked to find and doubt 10 different gourmet breakfasts. The 10 researched breakfasts were useful for oddment to peop le they had used them to find their own breakfast. Loukoumades come from the Greek culture that is why i love them so much. At the start of the prac i walked in thinking i knew what to do, got whole my ingredients ready all set to go, But to my horror everything starting line turning upside down.

I had never made Loukoumades ahead the prac would have been my first time. As i was making the garland for the Loukoumades i had put on the oil to pre heat, as i placed my Loukoumades in the oil the burnt refined away(p) i had over heated the oil. I didnt call to serve up burnt food so i decide to make and other ba tch the second hand at them were much bett! er. At the end of the day I had a dish to serve up and i was beaming about it. At the end of the prac came the cleaning there was so much to clean and not much time at all we had the wash and change all our dishes and equipment that were used in the processes of making things.
