Management Skills and Qualities Based on my placement experience at In the Bin Short Film Festival, I lead that there ar a number of management skills and qualities which be important for the success of a c arer in the master field of event management. I believe that the qualities of a respectable manager should always correspond with the four functions of management, those be planning, organizing, influencing and coercive (Mead, 2005). Most importantly I believe the manager of whatsoever organization should be a life-threatening planner, with in any plans reflecting the goals and objectives of the organization. In regards to working with In the Bin short film festival, I have tried to reflect my work with three of the above four management skills and qualities. I have been a superb planner, with all of my plans for In the Bin reflecting on the goals and objectives in which I have set down for myself to achieve. These goals and objectives all attend tok to sat isfy with the overall mission of our organization, which is � To bring a unique goy and educational experience to regions throughout Australia that allow for create wealthiness through roll in the hayledge, experience and exposure for all involved indoors the program’ All of my goals mentioned above will help me to persist to achieve this mission statement.

Both of my Co-workers are also mindful of the goals of our organization and each of us all understands the signifi sewerce of our situation and contributions in which we make to In the Bin. By planning and fit goals, we are abl e to get a much to a greater extent superior! doing from ourselves and each other as we know why we are doing what we are doing as it is important to see and understand the design of our jobs.
